Harvested late in the season at peak maturity, 100% destemmed with gentle handling during ferment. Aged in 500l puncheons for 10 months, all used oak.
Wonderfully expressive wine here. Violets, ripe raspberry, blackberry, touches of black olive and leather lifted by waves of white pepper. Perfumed and aromatic. Medium bodied and balanced, all the hallmarks of cool climate Tasmanian Shiraz.
