100% Pipers Brook Riesling
 
A bit of skin contact (12hrs), fermented with light solids in large oak barrels, a bit of stainless steel tank, partial malo and 6 months on lees. 
 
Lively aromatics including white flowers, citrus of your choosing, custard apples, and chalky minerality.  The adventures in textural expressions of Riesling continue with a touch creaminess and weight from the lees and malo. Plenty of juicy acid because its Riesling after all, keeping things balanced.
