100% Tamar Valley Riesling
 
A bit of skin contact (24hrs), fermented with light solids in large oak barrels, a bit of stainless steel tank, partial malo and 11 months on lees. 
 
Lively aromatics including florals and citrus of your choosing, green apples, talc and bath salts with just enough texture to make things interesting. Plenty of juicy acid because its Riesling after all.
